Shipping policy

All jewellery items postage is FREE for Royal Mail 2nd class delivery.

All other items postage is £5.20 for Royal Mail signed for delivery.

Free postage for purchases over £60.00 

Postage within the UK is for delivery by Royal Mail.  Orders will be sent out within 48hrs, and delivery is estimated between 3-5 days.  This may change during busy periods.

International Shipping

For orders outside the UK, please contact neonstarshop@gmail.com for shipping costs prior to ordering with your address and the items you would like.

You may be charged duties and taxes which we cannot be responsible for.

Incorrect Shipping Information 

If a package is returned to Neonstar due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery charge.  Neonstar is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
