Refund policy

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email neonstarshop@gmail.com to notify us that you would like to return the item.

For a full refund or exchange all items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.  The item must be in a saleable, new condition. You are responsible for paying any return postage costs.  Please obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.  

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on earrings, due to hygiene reasons.

All returned items must be sent to Neonstar (contact via email for return information)

If your item is unwanted and returned we cannot be responsible for any original postage costs.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to process. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Sale Items are non-refundable.
